Ron Kuppersmith continues key leadership role as strategic advisor, board member
Irving, Texas - December 15, 2025: ENT Specialty Partners (ESP), a leading national network of ENT practices, has named Tom Lazenby as its new Chief Executive Officer. Lazenby has served as ESP’s Chief Operating Officer since 2023, and he brings decades of leadership experience in healthcare and high-growth organizations. His proven track record in operational excellence, physician-led models, and strategic growth positions ESP for continued success in its next chapter.
Ron Kuppersmith, Co-Founder and current CEO, will transition to Strategic Advisor and remain on the Board of Directors. His leadership will continue to help guide the strategic vision and growth of the company.

Since its formation in 2021, ESP has grown to include more than 94 physicians and nearly 50 locations across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., making it one of the foremost providers of ENT services in the country.
